Graduating with top honours from Mohindra College, Patiala, he secured the coveted gold medal in Psychology. His thirst for further education led him to pursue a postgraduate degree in Psychology from Punjabi University, Patiala, where he delved deeper into the intricacies of the human mind.
Undeterred by challenges, Sanjay embarked on an academic pursuit culminating in an M.Phil in Sports Psychology, achieving first division honours.

Despite not completing his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and Abnormal Psychology due to professional commitments, his dedication to understanding the complexities of the human psyche remains unwavering.
Sanjay's expertise extends beyond academia; he is a seasoned counseling specialist with a wealth of experience spanning three decades in the pharmaceutical industry.

His entrepreneurial acumen and profound understanding of human behavior have been instrumental in shaping the trajectory of BS Group, where he plays a pivotal role as a co-founder. Moreover, his expertise in the retail segment was a cherry on top to understand markets in-house.
Additionally, Sanjay possesses the best of experienced brain as a human psychologist, knows well how to manage a team, and understands client psychology.
